Is the HOA responsible for fixing my irrigation system?

A

Is the HOA responsible for fixing my irrigation system?

The HOA is responsible for providing irrigation water to the curb valve located on your property during your scheduled water windows. Any issues beyond that valve on your property are your responsibility to maintain and repair. This includes but is not limited to: your irrigation controller & wiring, irrigation valves for zones on your property, your rain sensor, leaks or breaks in piping for your irrigation zones, irrigation nozzles, etc.

If you need repairs done, check out our Irrigation Request Form.
