Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The goal of the Architectural Control Committee is to maintain the appearance and the value of the property. It’s primary function is to review all proposed changes that would affect the appearance of the property. ACC applications are received by our Property Management company, then sent to ACC members who review the applications. All changes and alterations shall also be subject to all applicable permit requirements and to all applicable government laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, and decrees. This committee consists of volunteers from the Sevilla community.
